The company has installed Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB) for generation of Power. In Sponge Iron Plant, waste gas of 25000 NM3/Hr at 900 to 950 degrees centigrade is available. Technology is used to recover Waste Gases generated of high pressure, high temperature, and super heated steam by installation of Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB). The company has also proposed to install Fluidized Bed Combustion (FBC) Boiler for generation of power. The power is now used for running two Induction Furnace Units.
